If you are already member- we would be happy if you would put your character's biography in "BIOGRAPHY" forum. Examples already are. It will be easier to put you to spec. group. If you won't be active, don't register.
Thanks.

Styles of Roleplaying

There are several styles of roleplaying throughout the years. One of the most famous ones is T-1, the style that was used for most of the days known as the Golden Days of Roleplaying, along with Old World Style. Throughout the years though, as T-1 decline in activity, roleplaying styles became a bit less labeled and you were for the most part just named by how much you generally type. An example of this would be Multi-Para, Para, and the much looked down upon, one liners (Also known as T-2 roleplay). Other popular styles since T-1 came less relevant is Novella. Though several other roleplaying styles have come and gone throughout the years. Please help anyway you can by adding more styles, or adding more information to any of the styles.

Old World
(Note:I am going to need some added to this one since I am not an expert)
Old World Roleplay has a lot of similarities between the two styles of T-1 and normal Multi-Para Roleplay. Though they strive to show great detail in their posts, they do not do it in such a way where they give everything away about their character.

T-1
Though it is not as popular as it once was, T-1 is a very common style of Multi-Para Roleplay. Though it can be debated that they were the founders, the T-1 Empire or T1E for short, and its leader, Cain Darkwolf, was the first group to popularize this style. They opened a fairly popular school ran by its admins and other famous roleplayers of the time. Though as years passed after the golden age, it became a less and less used in many circles of roleplay socialites. Nonetheless, it is still one of the most popular styles of roleplaying, with a rich history. Many rules of roleplaying that it enforced continue to be the staple of any serious roleplayer. Rumors of this style say that one must state all their powers and abilities in their starter. Though the Admins in this day deny such claims but it is still a popular belief to this day.

Novella
(Same as Old World, not a huge expert of this style so please add and correct)
Novella is a popular style of multi-para roleplay. It is an extended version where greater detail and english language is used. It is made to sound as much like a story as possible and is infamous for having some users of this style be particularly long. Around the time of its popularization, an organization known as T-1A was created. Though this was likely not the origins, the leader Kaori was known to use that style.

Multi-Para
Though some may not claim it as an official style. It is a term used by the majority of multi-para roleplayers. It is similar to Old World only a bit more relaxed on detail varying on the roleplay. Its sorta a style for people that have no style and just want to roleplay.

Para
Similar to Multi-Para roleplay only using on average of one paragraph instead of multiple ones. This style is used by most new roleplayers until they are use to using multiple paragraphs.

Semi-Para
Another common style used by newer roleplayers. By length, they use a couple of sentences but usually not an entire paragraph of text.

One Liner
One Liner Roleplay, or otherwise known as T-2, is a very frowned upon style of roleplay. As the name would suggest, they only use one line or sentence per post. These type of roleplayers are usually ignored by the majority of the roleplay community. Though it has taken note that these roleplayers have become a lot less common.

Speed Roleplaying (T-2)
This is a type of roleplay that takes place in IM windows. These are usually quick few worded roleplays that are very quick time. Only a few communites practice this style.
